Darya Khan
Darya Khan (Urdu: درياخان), is a town in Bhakkar District in the Punjab Province ofPakistan. The town is the headquarters of Darya Khan Tehsil. The town of Darya Khan is itself subdivided into two Union councils.During British rule the railway station at Darya Khan was built as part of the North-Western Railway route. Darya Khan has a boy's secondary school built in 1928 by Englishmen and a college at the middle of the town. It is situated to the left of the great Indus River. The famous school in this town is Oxford public high school.

Thalochi and Shapuri dialects of Punjabi is the main languages of people. Urdu are also spoken by majority of people In Darya Khan.
Demography [edit]
Darya Khan is now a Tehsel of District Bhakkar, with population of more than one hundred thousand.
